o What are the payment terms?

We require a 30% down payment when you place your order and 70% before shipment. Payment can be made by usual bank transfer or letter of credit to our French , Korean or Chinese offices ( depending on the products). Top

o Optical and promotional cloths:

All our advertising microfiber cloths are delivered either in bulk or in a polybag or a OPP Film, vynil case or cases... Individual packaging solutions (vinyl case, paper case, etc) can be found in our website.

o General cleaning cloths :

All our microfiber cloths and towels are delivered in bulk in a polybag (100 pcs or less on request).

o What are the terms of delivery?

Production time is four weeks from time of customer approval of the prototype. Delivery time depends on whether you want to use your own forwarding agent or let Dailytec organize it for you. We offer both express and economical shipping solutions. Please contact us to receive a cost estimation.

Air freight charges from China / Korea : + 20% approx. (delivered in 5 days)

Sea freight charges from China / Korea : +5 to 15% (delivered in 4 weeks)

Custom duties : approx. +10% (according to the goods / countries)

Shipment from France to Europe : quite low cost inside Europe. No customs duties from our Dailytec factory in France into the European Countries.
